    Yay 4DS Kickbox! I like this workout, too! I just did my own premix using the 'Higher Intensity' from 4DS and stopped it right before the stretch, and then picked up the 4DS Kickbox after the warmup and finished through the stretch. Came in at 54 fun minutes!!! Ellen

    6 days on - 1 day off I used to do the 3 days on, 1 day off when I was working full time, and now do the 6 days on, 1 day total off since I'm home full time :D.     Body Max 2 I just did the Cardio Blast premix yesterday - what fun! It's not complicated to learn the step routine in this one at all. Neither is intensity... It's more athletic than 'steppy' (hee hee I made a word up). They will definitely get a good sweat going :)
