Vee~Thanks for the list of equipment needed for STS. I have been browsing in the store at all the new equipment and was thinking I might need one of everything. ;-) I'm sure I'll end up with it all in the end--gotta replace the old stuff & of course get all the new colors.

Thanks for posting the picture of your new floor, Jodi. Your workout room looks great! :-) I think I'm going to try the floor with nothing on top of the plywood first. Then I'll try the puzzlemats that we have now. And then, if I don't like either one I'll have to decide which to go...

That's very interesting, Amanda. I always use skim milk with mine. Did she say that any milk or just higher fat milks were bad?
