    why cant i do fast feet shuffle..

    I can do it if i stay in place. But i cant do the straddle move with the shuffle! I can sort of do it to go around the step. Am i missing something?

    So i just got this wo and love it! I love that its only 30 mins, which is all i have some days. I was thinking of doing it 2-3x a week as well as my cardio and weights wo! IS this to much cardio?
