    Thanks Ellie, so your post got me thinking about good subs for AT as a whole, and realized it was the first part of AT that tweaked my back, so I think I will do about 30 minutes of cardio from another dvd, and still do the weights and abs from AT. Hope you get your discs soon!

    I don't feel sorry for her at all! This was all for publicity and another payday, it smelled of that from the start. I think they know they are running out of tricks, so made the stunt a bit bigger this time. Honestly though, I think we just watched Kim and the family finally "jump the shark".

    There was a cutoff date for that first promotion, so there are people who pre-ordered the set but did not get the disks. My suggestion is to look through the blogs and find that cut off date, if you ordered before it, then they owe you a pair of disks.

    Help me classify LIS-weight or cardio?

    I definitely think slide and glide would be a cardio workout and back to back days with unweighted/light weight squats/lunges is fine. I don't think that type of activity does much to tear the muscles then rebuild like heavy weights do, so there really is no need for extended recovery time...
