    Day one...so far so good! I gave up the left over candy in my bowl to my co-worker. The test will be lunch as we are all going out for a buffet lunch and I KNOW the dessert will be tempting. Keeping my fingers crossed:7 Maggie

    I agree that Cathe's workouts are the most intense and most fun! I also use Jari Love's Get Ripped series. She focuses on muscle endurance and uses high reps and lower weights.     Yes, I know we need to watch our carbs BUT I absolutely love pasta and find myself craving it in all forms! I absolutely love whole wheat linguine with mussels or clams! Vietnamese noodle soups are also great! What are your favorites?
