    They're just different. I don't think you can really compare kettlebell workouts to Cathe's, because the work is so different. If you want to compare instructors, I think Anthony does a good job with delivery and overall instruction, but most kettlebell workouts aren't polished like Cathe's...

    I take my food with me. I cook it twice a week, put it in Ziploc containers (in portion sizes I want for each meal), then put it all in a large Coleman insulated cooler, and carry it to work.     I have tried every Greens+ I could find (haven't tried Super Food though), and I couldn't tolerate ANY of them. How do you like the Super Food? I sure would love to find a greens substitute for times when it's just easier, you know? Carol :)

    Kettlebells!!!

    They work the posterior chain, which is really lacking in a lot of traditional strength work. They work everything in less time, and kettlebell work is HIIT, cardio and strength all rolled into one. Plus they're shiny and pretty!! :) :) Carol :)
