    Good morning!! Yesterday was Slow & Heavy/Chest & Back. I also walked 25 minutes at work. Today I will walk again 25 minutes as well, and this morning I did the first third of the circuit from Iron Core Way Volume 2. This is a more advanced circuit than Volume 1, but I like a lot!! Carol :)

    How far along on your 1RM's, everyone??

    It's too early to start, IMHO. We still have no idea when these will be shipping. I know my 1RM for those exercises will likely change in the next couple of months, so I'm just going to wait until we have a better idea of the ship date. Carol :)

    I have found the best way to be able to increase my weights is by making sure my pre, peri and post workout nutrition is optimal.     Garance, it really depends. When I did my two weeks of Jari's workouts a short time ago, I used mostly 5 to 10#, depending on the exercise. Sometimes that was what Jari was using, and sometimes not. Sorry I can't be more definite, but I really didn't mark them down or anything. Carol :)
