I like that they are formfitting - but am concerned about length of the shirt and shrinkage. I'm thinking by the time I'm done with STS, I COULD show my abs in a belly shirt, but at 44 yrs old, I don't think I WANT to!!;) Have you washed yours yet? Did it shrink alot?

I know another poster had a question about this - but I don't think they got a answer on HOW to do 1RM tests for exercises that are 21s. Can you please tell us how to perform a 1RM test for, say, BB 21s? Thanks!
