    Step Sync First Impressions

    I did Step Sync and intermediate step bonus today. I had to use the slow motion button in order to catch a handful of moves. The hard part was doing the finished combos all together, but I think with more practice I'll get the routine down.

    Cardio party

    Just did cardio party for the second time. It was easy for me but good for those days when I can't do a tough workout. I love the calorie crush, though it will take me a couple more times through to get down the foot work. The abs are tough and no nonsense. And the extended stretch is so perfect.

    Low Impact Series

    Afterburn is part of the LIS and I find AB to be one her hardest workouts. I think the series is definitely advanced. Cathe uses the disks a lot and I find them very challenging, sometimes impossible, i.e. burpees into push ups, traveling planks into push ups. Yikes!
