    Kickbox Fusion review

    Just did this one and the gloves make a big difference with the burpees. I like that Cathe gave us a couple of water breaks. I can't pick up my thermos with the gloves on. I added on the balance workout. I should be doing this one daily as my balance is not so good.

    Elevated Mobility!!!

    I agree, what a warm up! This was not an easy workout. I tacked this onto low impact fusion. I love scorpion and threading the needle. All of the moves packed a punch.

    Low Impact Cardio Fusion

    I'll be doing this one often. The moves were simple but got me sweaty and out of breath. The last part, I pulled out my step. Sounds crazy but I was nervous about slipping on the band.

    Did it yesterday. A little sore today. Didn't lift as heavy as Cathe for about half the exercises, but I was still working hard. It's a no nonsense, short and tough workout.

    Functional Pilates w/Lower Foam Rolling & Core

    I found the hamstring rollouts on the foam roller very hard. I like these workouts because they are different. I like working on my balance and mobility, and I'm usually sore the next day. I did total body yesterday and my thighs, arms and chest are sore. What a win!

    LMAR Functional Total Body

    I did this one yesterday along with the anytime functional mobility bonus and I am sore in my inner thighs today. All of the workouts are causing me a little soreness the next day, which I love. I guess I'm working my muscles a little bit differently.

    Final thoughts on new workouts

    Did the spin workout today. I haven't done spinning for 25 years. Even though I "cheated" throughout the workout, I still burned over 500 calories and worked up a good sweat. As Cathe says, it is an eat your Wheaties workout.

    Chair Yoga

    Did chair yoga yesterday. My neck and shoulders were fried from hanging wallpaper the day before and the spinal twists using the chair felt great along with the neck stretches. This is a really nice gentle workout that does the trick.

    I never thought I would need a two minute rest between sets but I was grateful. I liked lifting slow and heavy (not as heavy as Cathe, though). And no pushups! An enjoyable but hard workout.
