    Getting my blender workout back into iTunes

    I cannot figure out how to get the workout I created back into itunes to sync it on my iPod. In the tutorial she has some workout folder open with her newly created workouts in it, and she drags them from there into her itunes. I have no such folder. What am I missing? Please help!

    CCC CCC is one that I find super challenging (among pretty much all the others posted here!) I was going through my workout calendar today and noticed that it's MET value was only 7.0. Afterburn was 8.5 and Athletic training is 7.5. Why is CCC so much lower when its such a killer?

    Couldnt agree more! I love these workouts so much that its going to be hard to pick up some of my older DVDs again. They are just so fun yet challenging! I'm looking foward to November rotation!
