    Wonderful advice. I'm not much of a runner but I am willing to try! I did a sprint triathlon in 2004 and was running some but now I know I need to run more and lift heavier! I think I'm going to try running stairs too at the local football field to help with overall toning of the legs!

    Turbo Fire-1 Week down and I lost ......
