FYI, I use weighted gloves a little heavier than full gloves. I had a pair of Cathe’s gloves and found them to be top notch. I just prefer a more simple approach.

We really like Cathe’s weight lifting gloves. I have the wrist support gloves and they feel great. I need to remember to wear them. I tend to pull on her regular gloves.
