    Hi all! Elsie, the cycling is going ok....I have been doing less cycling during the week and more on the weekends. I'm tiring of all the hours on the bike. I'm doing BodyMax 2 today on a 6 inch step. I think that's enough intensity!

    I have a son at Southeastern University. It's been a busy week. I ended up doing Imax3 last night and I kicked ass on it. That's a tough one. Not sure what I'm doing today. Nothing high impact. No cycling today. I have a long ride tomorrow.

    I did Step Moves on 8 inches. Very high hr! Yesterday I did the first STS workout in the gym at work. Nobody uses it much, and they have lots of dumbbells and equipment. It felt weird to do a Cathe in public but nobody was in there and I had a lot of room!

    I did an hour and a half yesterday on the cycle and 2 1/2 hours today. My legs are toast. I have a total rest day tomorrow. Hamstring is good but my wrist is bothering me. Getting old sucks!
