I just enrolled in OnDemand. Where do I find the premixes?

Thank you, firemedic. I instruct a body sculpt class at my gym, and we don’t have the loops. We do have resistance bands (with the handles). So I am looking for a Cathe Live using the resistance bands so I can pick up some cueing tips and ideas.

Suggestions needed for a lower body workout using resistance tubing on Cathe Live. Thank you!
