    Brown Rice is Yucky!!

    I cook it in chicken broth and then add a chopped apple when the liquid is almost gone. Steams the apple and makes the rice yummy! In a pinch you can do what my DH does - mix unsweetened applesauce directly into the rice. Same effect, but quicker.

    Substitution for IMAX 2 and IMAX 3?

    I'm planning to do the March rotation, but I don't have any of the IMAXes. Any thoughts on substitutions? I was thinking of just doing some intense cardio (Cardio Fusion, DrillMax cardio only, etc.) - what do you think?

    Weight loss issues

    IMO if you're in a +/- 5lb range around your goal weight I'd say you're there. My weight fluctuates 3lb DAILY.
