    New to The Step program....but have asthma

    Ditto to everything said earlier! One other suggestion - my doc suggested taking the albuterol inhaler about 20min before WO regardless of whether I felt like I "needed" it or not. Works great and I get get thru the whole WO (usually).

    When short on calories

    Personally, I like sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding (or any combo of sf/ff depending on how many calories you're looking for). One serving isn't very big, but it satisfies cravings for sweets and adds a dairy serving into my day.

    GE Profile appliances???

    I have GE Profile appliances (10YO) that have been fine. We replaced the dishwasher this year due to a recall (with another Profile) and it works fine IF you use the recommended DW detergent. Anything else and it doesn't clean well. In any case, I've had no problems to speak of. Not sure...
