    How do you use your mp3 player while workout?

    My favorite running shorts have a pocket and I keep the mp3 player (shuffle) in there. I also run the headset wires up my back to keep them out of the way of my pumping (flailing) arms.

    Do you have workouts you've never done??

    I haven't done GS Back, Biceps & Shoulders although it's in my rotation for Wednesday this week. I had not done GS Chest & Triceps until last week. I also have a couple Pilates DVDs and a couple yoga DVDs I've never done - they came in a set w/ a couple that I LOVE.

    Which workout did you not like at first, but now do and why?

    Cardio Fusion (although it was a freebie w/ the last preorder). Hardly ever do it, but I'm finding that it's growing on me now - maybe I'm in better shape. Also wasn't wild about Drill Max (got LIC at the same time and LOVED it). Drill Max is growing on me too. Gotta love those firewalkers!

    Who gets one???

    I don't get them - I'm allergic to the preservative they typically use in the solutions. I've heard that this preservative is being phased out so when it's gone I might consider it (but likely wouldn't get one).

    Unless you measure everyone's exact portion, you're only going to get a guesstimate anyway. Divide by 10 like you suggested and that will be close enough.
