Intensity Stretch Max Stability Ball for 19 minutes
Finished with Hinge Health PT for 12 minutes
After this workout, my leg pain really set in. I am so tired of this. Will be calling the doc this week to get an appointment and set up...
Siobhan, that's a nice, long workout you did today with mix of: STS Meso 2 for lower body (about 45 minutes of a 54-minute workout - I didn't do the 3rd set of the last 2 rounds). I added on a 10-minute squat/mobility/stretch workout
Looks like I won't be making it to the gym class today. Woke up with pain in my leg/hip so going to do something here and then a stretch. Will check in later this afternoon for an update.
