    Today was my first day back in the office since Dec 16th! It was hard to get up. I was spoiled for those 19 days! Dinner with a colleague after work so I didn't get anything in today. Tomorrow I'm remote so I'll get one in:)

    Today I did: LMR Elevated Bonus#3 - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps for 40 minutes Total Body Stretching #2 Stability Ball for 13 minutes Finished with Hinge Health PT for 12 minutes Leg feeling better today :)
