Today I was able to do some stretching. Wish I could say I enjoyed it, but parts were painful to do.

Step Boss - Chair Stretch for 16 minutes.
Was hoping to do one of the LMR2 but I'm just not able to right now.

Hello, Ladies! Still haven't been able to work out and I am so upset. I'm losing my muscle and my legs look horrible. Hoping MRI will show something.
Watching the Super Bowl now. I DID NOT enjoy the half time show.
I slept very well last night. I think it was because of the pain medication. Leg was better today, again, probably because of the pain medication but I'll take it!
