Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I did see Live 454 had unilateral movements in it - it could be something I tuck away for later consideration. Only issue I see is that she uses a lot of counterweights in that workout, or has moves where she's alternating to create unilateral movements...

Actually I need to scrap the barbell idea - my space isn't quite roomy enough to accommodate a barbell in certain moves like bench presses, lying tricep extensions, and pullovers. Darn it.

Do not skip it at all. It's great. For me, it's just less demanding where cardio endurance is concerned. But you will see some great strength gains if you stick to it.

No - if you're using cathe's weights it varies from 28 at the very beginning to 10-16-ish. It's kind of all over the place. So, if you're choosing to go really heavy, you'll have to pace yourself.
