I think Step Moves has more of a fun factor than Athletic Step. It's more "dancey" and complicated than Athletic Step(although I like that, too). Athletic Step is quicker to pick up than Step Moves . Have fun with Athletic Step!

I can do the straddle taps and FF shuffle, but, I look like an elephant. I'm a bit better at the FF shuffle when I shift my center of gravity back(just discovered this this week, in fact!). I think maybe I don't have the "fast-twitch" muscle fibers like Cathe does. That's my best explanation...
