I wore Reebok Nanos for a very long time, and have now have a pair of No Bulls. I like them both equally.

    Apple watch or Fitbit?

I go with Fitbit but only cause I don't want to buy an I-phone, then an Apple watch. I don't really want to support Apple that much soooo.

    Botox/Juviderm or Mini Lift

I hear you Ivy. I swear, in this last year my face decided to head south and start sagging. No, not bad, yet. Just enough I ponder if I should spend a few hours everyday upside down to counter gravity's effect lol.

    Workout shoe recommendation

I wear Rykas. They just fit my feet best. Wider forefoot, narrower in the heel. I do have to go up a half size, but that's ok.

    I am so HUNGRY!!

If you have built muscle, you may need 100-200 more calories a day. Your body might be trying to tell you that you need a little more to keep going.

    Take up less space

Some of your workouts just take up SO MUCH SPACE. I mean you move from one side of a very large gym space to the other. A lot of people are working out in smallish living rooms, or smaller spaces. I'm very lucky to have a pretty nice gym, with a bigger space to workout in, but it would be...

Need recs for a good spin bike for home

I've got an OLD Johnny G spin bike. Its ok, but not in the best shape anymore as its been moved around a lot, used, slightly abused by my kids who used/played on it a little, and I'm looking for an upgrade. I'd like to keep the cost to $1500 or so. Thanks.

    Toe Fungus Help!

Braggs is the brand I was using! It did take me a few months, to get totally clear. I could see the new growth coming in, but to get all clear, it took a while to grow out.

    Toe Fungus Help!

I know someone who had minor liver damage from Lamisil so I didn't want to go that route. If you go on it, you are suppose to have blood work monthly to ensure your liver enzymes don't start to go up.

    Toe Fungus Help!

Well I've done the apple cider vinegar soaks to make mine go away. It did take weeks. I did it for about 3-4 months, but the fresh nail that grew in was clear. You could also start putting Vick's Vapor Rub on the toe. That is said to help a lot too.

YES! I posted that I want something like Gym Styles or Pure Strength. A Bodybuilding series would be great. Not STS 2 cause that's such a long series.

    I'd like to see

A couple things. One a workout or two using a bosu. Just got one, and I'd love to see what you can do with it. Two, I'd love to see something like Pure Strength or Gym Styles. Just pure weights, no cardio mixed in. Simple weights.

    Squat Form

Put something under your heels. Like small weight plates. If you elevate your heels a little bit, you can get deeper in your squat. Work on that for a while until you can get deep, then try doing them without. Or get squat shoes. I've got lifter shoes that have a slight elevated heel and I...
