Those of you that order Insanity. Will you give up weight lifting for the Insanity rotation?

4DS is great. You can easily do just weights. There are multiple premixes to choose from as well. Cathe did a great job designing 4DS. I keep saying that I want to do the 4DS weights with 20 to 30 min. of really intense cardio to but I have yet to do that.

I love Turbo Jam for the fun factor and the no dread factor. With weighted gloves or without I think it's a great workout and you could push it up to high intermediate. I think many times what makes a workout intermediate or advanced is how much you put into it anyway. I always feel perfectly...

Since your legs bulk easily I'd go for B&G. I have B&G and GS Legs and consider them both worth having though. They are both tough workouts.
