    Annette, awesome workout!! Today was Back, Biceps and Forearms consisting of the biceps machine, the back machine (and I went heavier than I normally do on this machine), then the printout had me do: wide grip lat pulldowns - 12,10,10,8 Seated Cable Row- 12,10,10,8 I was able to pull 65 pounds...

    It's a facial laser that goes 4 layers deep in the skin. There is a series of 4. That was my 3rd. The second one was horrible! Looks like you have a really, really bad sunburn. It took about 8 days to heal. This one didn't feel as intense, and she said it was because my skin was getting stronger...
