    Siobhan, both weekend days for you! Wonderful! Yesterday I did a growingananas cardio workout for 35 minutes. Today I did a 30 minute boho beautiful pilates workout.

    Nora, that's good you did something. Leslie Sansone - Miracle Miles- Mile 4- Walked 3 of 4 Miles = 47 Min I like Leslie Sansone's walking DVDs when I don't feel like doing anything or it's raining outside. Hope your husband is better and kudos to you for being so supportive.

    Today I did Strong & Sweaty Ramped Up Upper Body for 47 minutes and finished with Hardcore Stretch Max #3 Bands for 18 minutes. Legs really sore from yesterday's workout! Right leg acting up again:(

    I've been in the office three days straight and too exhausted when I got home. I will be working out tomorrow with some kind of leg workout. I'm still hurting. It comes and goes. Wish it would go for good. Hard to deal with this day after day and I'm tired of gimping around the office and house.
