Hi Cathe, Which do you think is better to slim the lower body, Heavy weights, low reps or low weights high reps or a combination of both. Do you think stepping adds weight to the lower body for those persons who have disposition for having larger hips. It seems to run in the family. Shawna

Hi I used the timesaver in my rotation all week last week. I sometime repeat the cardio if i felt it wasn't long enough and I did a total body toning workout to ensure I toned each body part twice a week. Shawna

I agree just work out when ever it suits you. I used to workout in the morning prior to having my son (he's 5 months old), now when I get up he gets up with me so it is not always possible. So now if I miss my morning workout I workout when he is asleep which can be anytime between 7 and 9 pm...

I did speak to my doctor about this and hge did mention that as one writer said it is usually based on supply and demand. So I guess it is because he doesn't brestfeed as much now. Thanks Shawna
