    Confused...can you have too much EFAs in the oil form?

    Thanks for the replies. I too think raw foodist is too extreme...for me anyhow. I think I will lay off the flax seed oil for a bit and keep having my ground flaxseeds. I may try to incorporate some more hemp products as well.

    Late night snack?

    Thanks for all the replies. I usually have yogurt with applesauce or cottage cheese with apple sauce. If I have anything too heavy I can really feel it, but if i don't have anything I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night hungry. Sham
