    RE: Too funny Shelley! I feel for you on that one. My bikini top fell down as I came down a water slide 2 summers ago. It was a halter top with a hook and just came undone while I was speeding down the slide..LOL! DH said I put on a nice show for all the guys there! Aila

    Brian Kest is very nice to look at too;-) . I have done Baron's workouts a few times, but prefer Brian Kest. I really like taking a Bikram(sp?)yoga class once in a while too. I feel amazing when I am finished. Aila

    clean eating, what's your grocery bill?

    I spend about $200.00 per week for the four of us. . That doesn't include protein powders or pharmacy stuff(vitamins,bath & body care,shampoos etc.). Half of that cost is spent at the produce store. I am fortunate to have a DH that cooks every night and we have to have fresh veggies and herbs...

    amount you work out

    I work out 6 days a week. I usually workout for 1 1/2 hours 3 days and 2 hours the other 3 days to incorporate extra stretching. Aila
