Lower Body Blast vs. Butts and Guts

You can send a check or cash in the mail if you don't want to set up PayPal. It makes no difference to me. I'm good either way. I'll let you know tomorrow about the shipping. :) Yay for new stuff!

Lower Body Blast vs. Butts and Guts

I'm on PayPal, if you have a PayPal account, or you could just put it in the mail. I will check in shipping costs tomorrow and get back with you. I'll seek out the cheapest option, of course.

Lower Body Blast vs. Butts and Guts

You know, I have two steps besides the fanny lifter. If you'll cover the shipping, I'd be happy to send my extra to you. It's missing one rubber stopper on the bottom, but it doesn't affect the stability at all since there are three other stoppers.

Lower Body Blast vs. Butts and Guts

I have the original Firm Fanny Lifter, which you can get on their website. I also have Cathe's club step and high step, which you can make to 14 inches with five risers plus the topper.

Lower Body Blast vs. Butts and Guts

I just remembered something. Way back when I did The Firm, before I discovered Cathe, was when I saw the most dramatic changes in my hiney. I swear it was from all the heavy leg presses onto the 14 inch step. After I started doing Cathe exclusively, I lost a lot of that definition, and the...

Lower Body Blast vs. Butts and Guts

Get LBB for sure! It's fantastic, and also a different style than B&G, so it's nice to have both for variety. I know what you mean about those little plié hops. I can barely move by that point! Those may or may not end up being deep plié a lot of the time with very little hop...:eek...

Which Cathe workout has the most deeply relaxing post-workout cooldown/stretch bit at

Is it the one at the end of Drill Max, with the Asian inspired music? I think that's the right workout. That stretch is amazing and SOOO relaxing.

Lower Body Blast vs. Butts and Guts

Oh, that's a tough choice...I really like both of those. I would have to say Butts and Guts by a slim margin due to the four million lunges you do and the killer floor work. But LBB is SO well-rounded (ha ha!) and includes barre work as well. I got fabulous results from both, but I did B&G...

    Should I order GS Legs?

I'm glad to know it's not just me! I swear my calves have hurt so badly after this one, I've cried!

    Opinions Please

Afterburn is much harder than Slide and Glide, in my opinion. AB is HiiT whereas SG is more of a steady cardio. Both incorporate compound weight training and AB uses the discs as well. You can't go wrong with either one! Different types of cardio, both really killer workouts.

    Should I order GS Legs?

Yes and even yesser! I LOVE GS Legs! The floor work after all the standing legs is absolute torture..you know, the kind we like. ;) I always get supreme DOMS after this one. The calf work is what really puts me under, for some reason. I can barely walk up my stairs afterward. So, yes. Get it!

SNM - Very Frustrating, Please Help.

I remember with the last preorder some people getting the same "max orders received" message. I believe it was due to the volume on the server, and it was dealt with pretty quickly.

    square high step?

You can definitely use the large club step for all the videos. Sometimes you have to turn the step (or your body) in a different direction to go off the right side of the step or to straddle it properly, but it's totally doable. I did it for a long, long time before I bought the small step...

    Pillow Advice Please!

Before I bought my Tempurpedic, I felt other brands, and some were very similar, but others were just...well, crap. If you're really wanting the Tempur feel, I'd check a Tempur model out first so you have something to go by. Bed, Bath and Beyond has a few knockoffs that are pretty close.
