    40 somethings who can not lose weight!!!!

    Yup - I turn 40 in June and I am experiencing the same problem. I eat pretty cleanly, workout to Cathe 6 days a week, plus run 3 days a week. It is very hard to lean out like I used to.     Fantastic program. If you stick with it to the letter, you will get amazing results. If you loosly follow the eating program and workout everyday you will be fit, but not super lean and defined. Either way, it is just a solid, sensible plan. Shopgirl :-)

    Funny you should bring this up, today is my legs day and I did L&G. I run 3 times a week (for 20 minutes = 2.5 miles) on my weight training days to get my cardio in.     Powerstrike Kicks Only - anybody have it?

    This is just my opinion, but I had Powerstrike Mil II, and hated it. I worked out to it once and threw it away. I was going to buy the Powerstrike Kicks with it, but thought I'd wait and try Mil II first. So glad I didn't get both. I think Cathe or Tae Bo are much better.

    bump My schedule is similar and even though my diet is pretty clean, I am not seeing the results I'd like. I really want to avoid taking up running, because my knees are already taking a pounding by working my legs 4 days a week. And, hey, I'm 40 - my knees only have a few good years left...

    What kind of dog are you?

    I'm the Spanish version of the Bernese Mountain dog - yikes. We have a basset hound and he is a great dog. Loyal, noble, sweet, happy, calm - like a great couch potato that loves to snuggle.
