    I agree. I am still have 3 more weeks to finish an undulating rotation of STS. but plan to make up my own version of XTrain. Partly as there is no heavy leg workout and I like do a heavy leg workout as well.

    I have not used my dehydrator in years, but as I remember dried banana slices and peach fruit leather were the most popular with my family. It was important not dry at high temperature and give it time to fully dry. What brand of dehydrator do you have?
