    high step?

    I think I am going to break down and order the high step. Didn't really want more equipment just for one workout. Is it absolutely necessary for the high step workout or can my regular step substitute okay? Also, how many risers does everyone use. 14 or 16 inch? Thanks, Lizzy

    imax?

    I think I will have to modify more. Everyone raves about the imax workouts and this one I was really excited for, but my ankles, knees and the bottom of my feet start to ache. I just bought new sneakers, but maybe they aren't cushioned enough.

    imax?

    I have the HC series and never did any of the other imax's. I didn';t realize how much jumping there was in the workout. My body kind of hurts when I do all that jumping. Anyone else have that problem? Also, are the other imax very jumpy too? Thanks Lizzy

    Bodymax!!!!!!

    I just did bodymax this weekend and it has been awhile. I still can't do the entire workout straight through. Did cardio , but stopped at the last two circuits and did the weights. What a killer this is. I really should add this into my schedule more often.

    treadmills?
