    specifics for my age and size

    HI!! i am 5'4" 145lbs 42 years old. i recently lost 40lbs on the FIT FOR LIFE program. it promotes eating organic natural foods (fruits and veggies mainly) my friends who are on the ATKINS DIET are envious of all the fruit and juice i comsume every day. i hope this is helpful and good luck!!

    morning workouts

    i have never been a morning person, my best workout time is around 4:00 pm. on the weekends i would rather do my workouts first thing in the morning but i almost always get lightheaded and sick to my stomachx( ! does anyone have any suggestions or am i just not meant to do morning workouts...
