    Cooked vegetables

    i usually steam my veggies using a strainer and a small dutch oven on top of the stove. i throw different herbs into the water and only steam the veggies until they are just slightly tender, i like the crunchiness. the herbs still have time to flavor the veggies and the whole house smells great!:9

    hi Laura! my ears don't pop, but they do get 'stuffed up'. don't quote me on this mommies but i believe it is from your blood pressure going just a little bit too high. mine stops after i take a couple of deep breaths and my heart rate comes down a little. have a healthy day;)
