I had pneumonia several times and the last time was the worst but having a sore throat on just one side seems odd. I hope the doctor has a good suggestion for him. If he does please let us know.
I have the most trouble with eating or drinking anything acidic like coke, fresca, pineapple...
I reeally like all of them and they are short enough I can add 1/2 hour or 45 minutes of pilates, yoga or stretching, etc. and still be in my hour and 45 minutes workouts 3 times a week.

I prefer the pre-mixes also. I wouldn't be able to figure out how to make my own :7 . I usually only do what Cathe does for the main dvd but I sometimes do the pre-mixes.

Thank you all for your advice. I searched on the internet and ran all over Boise yesterday. The only two places I found one was at Target and Walgreens. I already told my husband that this is what I want for Christmas but If I get one I hate to wait that long for it :-( .

Cathe, I asked which type of bosu would be best to use on Nov 2nd. There are so many kinds I get confused. I don't want to end up buying an expensive bosu and not have the right size or kind.

I was ready to get rid of some of my older videos until I ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks with sudden double pneumonia. I remember using my 4" step, very slowly with 5# weights and using my oxygen. I was glad I had some of my older videos to fgall back on and that I hadn't gotten rid of...
Kathryn, serveral years ago something heavy fell on my toenail and it seemed to take forever for the new one to grow out and push the old one off. Not fun....

When my son was 5 years old he pulled a muscle high in his groin area and ice packs every hour for 10 minutes really helped him heal in no time at all.

My most DREADED exercise is side planks. I have the most trouble with side planks where you lift your body and then raise a leg because they hurt my shoulders.
