    I agree that some strength workouts are in order - but it depends upon your goals and what you want. I never really liked lifting weights until I tried S&H. I'd recommend that dvd. Also, bm is an awesome 90 minute workout that covers a lot! Kerrie

    Hey, everyone, in your opinion, is it worth investing in the club step if I already have the home step, which is a little bit shorter in width and perhaps in length as well? Does the increased size make a difference in the intensity of a workout? I have to modify a few moves on the step...

    Michael Gurian's books are very good too! For younger boys, try The Good Son. He's written several, targeted to different ages and issues, but I don't recall their titles. A search under author would pull them up. It'd be worth your time IMHO! Kerrie

    another question about running

    I have a 4 mile route that I run 1-2 times per week. It has 3 well spaced gradual inclines that get my heart rate into the 85% range or so (give or take - I don't have an hrm, but go on perceived exertion) for about a minute or two before levelling off. Then I pretty much stay at 70-75%...

    Anyone know of a low sugar protein bar that

    I recently found U-Turn bars - they contain whey protein?? but only 13g sugar and 150 cals (way better than most!) And they taste pretty darn good. I usually have just 1/3 to 1/2 bar before I work out. Works for me! Kerrie
