    How many calories?

    I average the three numbers for working out 6 days a week. I workout twice a day x5 days a week, and do one workout on Saturday morning. I have had consistent weight loss, about 1.5 pounds per week using the averaged number (I also have 2 cheat meals a week :eek:) A slight zig-zag approach!!

    Well thanks for everyone's replies. I can now see the STS is definitely in my future!! Now if I can just get past the fear of bulking :o I will be fine!! Love weight training and cardio is something I have come to live with. Loving bootcamp style workouts so that helps in that department...
