    Pure strength BBA and T-Bar Rows

    Hi Kath, I use 4- 10lb. weights on the end of my bar. I leave weight on the other end and use my mat under the other end so when I lift it up the mat holds the bar in place. I find if I don't leave weight on the end it does slide around. I hope this helps. Deb
