    the bars do have sugar alcohol in them (3g) but sugar alcohol has never effected me before. I have upped my fiber a lot so maybe that is part of the problem. So I guess I will lay off the bars and drink a lot more water and hopefully it will stop soon. Thanks

    natural sugar

    I have been keeping track of my sugar intake for about 3.5 weeks. I am wondering if I should be counting the natural sugar (fruit milk and vegetables) I eat or just the added sugar? I have been only eating about 32 grams of sugar a day total including the natural.
