    I am an avid stepper but I do not do much for leg work as far as strength/toning work. My question is how often do I need to incorporate this into my workout to see results in leaner and toner legs?

    CAn someone help me? I have the hardcore extreme cathe dvd and I was choosing the mix and match option. WHat can you do with this? I tried to choose a workout and then once I click on an individual section, it just opens that section rather then saving it and allowing me to choose a few...

    I just got the timesaver dvd and saw the option on there for workout blender. Is this a workout blender just for each timesaver or can you mix and match any of the 5 timesaver workouts together? If so can anyone tell me how? Thanks.
