    Leaving Olivia to teach

I worked part time at night for a while after having my first, so he stayed home with Daddy. He pretty much did cry much of the time, and he simply REFUSED the bottle. (I was gone for a good six hours at least.) We just made up for it as best we could~we nursed very heavily around the clock...

    Breastfeeding

Anna, I'm not a professional in this area, but I can share that a little peppermint oil used around the home (or even in the laundry) can help during the sniffles. Tea tree oil mixed with a carrier is great in the vaporizor too. I can't wait to read the answers to your questions...

    Protein powder

I am still using my Shaklee soy-based protein and did with my other two pregnancies as well. First know, I don't sell it! I trust this brand because I've seen them yank their good sellers off the market for not being satisfied with the crops available to produce them and reissue them later...

    Breastfeeding

I have two boys and one on the way, and I've been nursing for five years straight come October! I also exclusively nurse as long as I can~with my first it was ten months, with my second maybe seven. (Every child is so different!) What helped me the most was going to La Leche League meetings...

I am pregnant, nursing, and a J cup. I only use the Enell~NOTHING compares to it, and my breast barely MOVE! I love some of the other suggestions, but finding something in my size is next to impossible sometimes. I LOVE Title 9's selection, but I was told they couldn't (or wouldn't) order...

    What will I need?

RE: Hey, Jeni! LAST EDITED ON Aug-04-02 AT 11:43AM (Est)[p]I also use a homeopathic cream (looks kinda like vaseline) for hemorrhoids. It is a must after birth too! I'm glad you found these suggestions useful~my darling and I were laughing about not needing clothes if we have blankets, not...

    What will I need?

RE: Hey, Jeni! I would try to find the New Mama Tush Soak (hope I have the name right!) from your health food store to use the first week after delivery. I felt like I could ride a horse after this! I cannot live without my Hyland's baby homeopathic remedies~Teething tablets, C+ Cold tablets...

Do you really have to wait 6 weeks?

I always feel really GREAT after delivering, but my midwife always encourages me to REST six weeks, stay off the stairs a while even, no matter what~especially if you plan on having more children. (Supposed to be important for much later rather than right then.) I've heard that it can actually...

I am just checking this out again~*THANK YOU, BRIEE!* I have to admit, I don't enjoy cardio anyway and MAKE myself do it! I'd MUCH rather do weight work! I've made some great changes this month and hope the scale reflects it this month when I see my midwife. No more twelve pounds a month I...

    Flaxseed during pregnancy

Are we on the same wavelength, or what? I am also a die-hard Shaklee gal! I also really like that even if it's their best-selling product, Shaklee will take it off the market if they are not happy with the crop they have to produce it. They do not release such products again until they find...
