Hi Cathe~ I am in the midst of the second round of STS... fabulous results! I have been very faithful to the program up until recently. Here's my question... the last disc I did was Meso 3 disc 27 on July 26th. Family obligations and of course, the awesome road trip, got me off track...

There are so many... what a fabulous weekend!!! The energy was off the charts! Here's a few... Hearing my "What Cathe Means to Me" read out loud and being able to thank her personally! Sitting at the table with the Awesome "Sisters"! We had tons of laughs! Meeting Cheryl and sharing...

Cathy, You and Kevin have such an amazing time together, that was so evident at the road trip... the fun never stoppped for the two of you!!! It was great to meet the two of you and meet so many awesome people... I am proudly, "A Sister of the Traveling Cathletes"... AKA the table that didn't...
