    back of legs.........don't get me started!

    I also have the same problem. The front of my legs respond to exercise but the back of my thighs dont. I have been doing Power Hour and MIS. I just added the floor work of Strong Legs and Abs. I would be interested in any suggestions.

    Why is it important when doing shoulder presses to keep the barbell in front of you instead of overhead? What happens if on the last few reps the barbell is going overhead instead of to the front? Thanks.

    Muscle soreness, only one time

    Yes, I did go 10lbs heavier with MIS. I didnt even think about that. After Power Hour, MIS seemed easy until the next day. I'm glad I felt it though, then I really feel like I did something positive for me. Do you have S&H series? How would that compare to these two tapes? Thanks for you input.

    I have been doing power hour and love that tape. For variety I did MIS. I was so sore for three days. (Legs and glutes only). The next week I did MIS and I didnt feel a thing the next day. Why am I only sore the first time I do the workout and not the following times?

    Power Hour Triceps

    Does anybody else have to go light on these exercises. I find that I have trouble with 8lb dumbells and can only complete the song with five. If I use a barbell I lose my form. Maybe that is just my weak spot, and I will have to work those extra.
