Reverse flies vs. the other things

Okay, so I can't remember the name of the exercise where you stand with your back flat (like a table top), arms straight, and then raise them toward the rear to work the rear delts. I was just wondering if these exercises (as seen in the Legs & Shoulders Slow & Heavy workout) are more effective...

    Workout Check-In (10/4)

If this is the same Renae... ...who answered my question on the Firm forum, then I am truly inspired that you can do a Cathe tape while pregnant! There is hope that when I get pregnant, I may not have to be sedentary for 40 weeks! Yay. Here's to your continued healthy pregnancy! :)

Can you give me a massive butt?

I'm not Cathe, but I am a self-proclaimed graduate of the pancake butt club. I don't know exactly when my butt tranformed, but I'll tell you what I think has helped me. I do 45 minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week (with at least half step work), one 45-minute standing legs workout per week with...

    No definition in arms

Dear Cathe (or whoever feels like chiming in), I am new to this forum. I have been working out with aerobics and weights for 12 years on and off and have never achieved the sculpted look in my arms that I work for. I currently do upper body workouts like those in MIS or BodyMax 2-3x a week...
