I always do this workout with dumbells instead of a barbell because I'd rather not mess with changing weight every time. I hold them on my shoulders for everything and it works great.

My concern was that I would interfere with any gains I made in the run, or vice verca with weights.
Maybe I could still run on leg days if I don't go super-heavy? I don't want to bulkier legs anyway; I have a pear shape tendancy.
What's the opinion on that idea?

I swear that as soon as I start to feel almost normal and try to get active, this bug really does morph into something worse than the first onset.

Thanks for the input. I'm leaning towards vol. 7 because I do most of my non-Cathe cardio on the treadmill, and someone mentioned it was geared more to treadmills.

We got snowshoes a couple of years ago for Christmas. They are from LLBean and are very easy on/off, in/out; and if I remember correctly, the price wasn't too bad either.
