    Already my least favorite?

    Cathe's videos, as has been noted already, are for experienced and advanced exercisers. I would rather learn a move from watching and repeating the sequence myself rather than listen to an instructor go through a tedious breakdown every time. Boring! No one else puts out the kind of quality...

    RE: running You're right - crosstraining is key, but I was so glad to get outside on Monday and run that I can see myself wanting to do it all the time once it gets warmer and the days get longer. But I have to watch because my right knee tends to bother me if I run too long and too often.
