    Caffeine

    Does anyone know if caffeine (in coffee) has any effect on your weight? I started drinking coffee again a couple of months ago and I'm not sure if it's the coffee or what but I have developed more of a "pooch". I only have 1-2 cups per day. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Stiff in the morning - what to do??

    Hi Marcia...I also work out first thing in the morning (5:30 am x( ). I always do a 10 minute stretch before I start my day with Cathe and another 10 minutes before I go to bed. Before you know it, you won't be complaining of stiffness any longer. Hope this helps.
