What Cathe workout makes you sweat the most?

Okay, I admit I'm a wimp since I have no interest in Imax 3. They all make me drip buckets, but so far the worst is Power Max. It's like a non-stop jog-a-thon on a step.

    Recommendations please!

Cardio Hits! Step Blast/Step Jump & Pump - it only comes with SJP on the DVD, but SB is worth it. SJP's step section is fun too, but SB is a blast - hence the title!

Do you have a favorite non-Cathe workout?

Did anyone mention Christi Taylor? My favorite is Totally Cool Step. Cardio Collectibles and Step Heaven are also fun. But my favorite non-Cathe workout is Powerstrike Millenium 2. Cathe's awesome, but Ilaria's a black belt.

    Yates woman got off

I agree with all posters who say that the effects of mental illness are underestimated. However, if you know the difference between right and wrong, you are responsible for your own actions. This remains constant regardless of the severity of the mental illness. This woman waited until no...

Power Strike VHS - Should I?

I have Mill. 2 and love it. Best kickboxing workout I own! Question - how does Mill. 1 different? I've read that it's mostly punches, so I haven't bought it. I prefer an even mix of both punches and kicks, or mostly kicks. Help me out before I spend the money! (Of course, I probably...

    OT: kids and ADHD meds

Hi Jen, I have my own story to add. Like Dorothy's daughter, I was the quiet, gifted girl who caused no problems. But at every parent-teacher conference, my parents were told, "she's very smart, if we could just get her to focus!" Fast forward 25 years. After my mother died, I confided...

    Dance Step

I'm all over this one. Dancy step is my favorite cardio, and no one could do it better than Cathe. Throw in some power moves and make it a toughie!

    Spinning or Cycling?

I take spinning classes twice a week at a gym. My cardio rotation consists of step, kickboxing, and spinning. I see the best results when I do 1 - 2 days per week of each; combined with 2 days of weight training. (Most step and weight workouts are done to videos; usually Cathe, sometimes...

    Trio step

I started a thread a while back requested double step, and I like this idea too. Cathe, if you're concerned that not many would buy a double/trio step DVD because of lack of space, why not add a double/trio step section at the end of a step workout? Seasun Zieger did this in The Next Step, and...

    Power Max II

Personally, I am a huge fan of complex choreography, but I would looove Power Max II! The only thing I'd change would be to have less repetition. We Catheites catch on quick! Maybe two step workouts; one complex, and one more athletic? I also like the idea of using the step vertically...

    appalled...baffled...outraged...

I have a solution. My uncle is 5 foot 2. He has volunteered to share a cell with this other short man in order to provide his own brand of protection. BTW, my uncle is an ex-marine with biceps the size of tree trunks. He could handle himself just fine with a 6 footer, so I trust he could...
